Refund policy
Digital Products:
Refunds do not apply to these digital products: ebooks and audiobooks, bundles, boxed sets, or singles. These are instant downloads, and they are final.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Physical Goods:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at shop@terryftorrey.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue and get you a replacement.
There is no return for a change of mind. Returns are only given for damaged or defective items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking information).
Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return, and photographs of faulty item. If item is faulty, we refund or resend your goods - your choice.
I want you to be happy, but choose wisely. Books are clearly marked as either eBooks, audiobooks, or paperbacks.
